Master Angler Patch

Did your scout go fishing this year? If so, and you have a picture, you can get him a free patch. Download, print out, and send the form below along with a picture of your scout fishing, and you will get a free patch.
If you do send away, please have the patch sent to my home address (Which your Den leaders can give you if you don't already have it) and we will present the patch during a pack meeting. Drop us an email and let us know that you did mail away and we will hold all the patches for the same pack meeting!
